The processing of your data for the above-mentioned purposes is justified by the legitimate interests pursued by the Foundation and the Institute, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without it, it will not be possible to forward the petition to director Mel Gibson, provide information about the progress of the campaign, inform about the implementation of the statutory objectives of the Foundation and the Institute, or about the possibilities of supporting the activities of each of the Joint Controllers. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, transfer it, delete it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to its processing. At your express request, the Joint Controller will forward your request to the other Joint Controller, who will provide information about the actions taken in connection with your request. If the request is addressed to both Joint Controllers, then both Joint Controllers will be required, each separately, to provide the above-mentioned response.
