Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform you that the personal data you have provided are processed by the Foundation Institute for Legal Culture Ordo Iuris, based in Warsaw at ul. Zielna 39, 00-108 (hereinafter referred to as the data controller) for the following purposes: maintaining regular contact with the data controller in connection with its statutory objectives, in particular by informing you about organized social actions, public events and opportunities to support the activities of the data controller. The processing of your data for the purposes indicated above is justified by the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO. Provision of your data is voluntary, nevertheless without their indication it will not be possible to inform about the realization of the statutory objectives of the data controller. Your personal data may also be accessed by entities providing services to the data controller, in particular hosting, IT, printing, mailing, payment, legal, accounting, human resources. The personal data you provide will not be processed by automated means, including profiling. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than the period of limitation of possible claims, which is provided for by generally applicable laws. The data controller is responsible for applying the appropriate protection mechanisms provided for in the RODO in the event of possible data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such a case, the data controller will ensure that you can obtain further information and receive a copy of the relevant safeguards. Under the RODO, you have the right to: (a) access your data and receive a copy of your data, (b) rectification of your data, (c) deletion of your data, (d) restriction of data processing, (e) object to processing, (f) lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address: 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
