Based on Article. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we inform you that the given your personal data is processed by the Ordo Iuris Institute for Legal Culture Foundation with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Zielna 39, 00-108 (hereinafter referred to as the data controller) for the following purposes: (i) submitting a petition to the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, (ii) informing about the course of the campaign on the petition and its effects (iii) as part of maintaining constant contact with the controller data in connection with its statutory purposes, in particular by informing about organized social campaigns, public events and the possibilities of supporting the activities of the data controller. The processing of your data in the above-mentioned terms is justified by the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller in accordance with art. 6 (1) (a) f GDPR. Providing your data is voluntary, but without providing it, it will not be possible to submit to the Chairman Charles Michel, inform about the course of the petition campaign and its effects, or inform about the implementation of the statutory objectives of the data controller. Your personal data may also be accessed by entities providing services to the data controller, in particular hosting, IT, printing, shipping and payment services, legal, accounting and HR. The personal data provided by you will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than for the period of limitation of possible claims, which is provided for in the generally applicable provisions of law. The data controller is responsible for the application of appropriate protection mechanisms provided for in the GDPR in the event of possible data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In this case, the data controller will provide the opportunity to obtain further information and receive a copy of the relevant safeguards. According to the GDPR, you have the right to: (a) access your data and receive a copy of the data, (b) rectify the data, (c) delete data, (d) limit data processing, (e) object to processing, ( f) file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address: ul.
